Hi, I’m Sonia.

Holistic business coach, podcast producer, and intuitive advisor.

I help women like you create soul-aligned businesses rooted in clarity, energy, and purpose, without burning out in the process.

But I didn’t always live this way.

I was constantly tired, burning the candle at both ends, saying yes to every client request, and still not making enough money.
I dreamed of travel, self-care, spacious mornings… but all I felt was overworked and underpaid.

I tried raising my prices. Creating more offers. Hustling harder.
Still, something was off.

It wasn’t until I stopped looking outside of myself and started aligning with what actually worked for me, that everything shifted.

Today, I run two businesses from anywhere in the world.
I coach intuitive women, helping them start their soul-based businesses, simplify their strategy, and scale in a way that feels true.

I still have time for personal training, retreats, and travel, and more importantly, I have the energy to enjoy it.

After over a decade working behind the scenes in other women’s businesses, I’ve seen just how overwhelming growth can feel. Especially without structure that fits your rhythm.
