I’m Sonia Flores, a holistic business coach, intuitive advisor and energy healer. For the past 10 years, I’ve helped hundreds of soulpreneurs run their heart-centered businesses and share their gifts with the world. My coaching approach blends practical strategies with spiritual guidance, creating a clear path for women to connect with their purpose and achieve real-world success.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship, I spent 18 years in Corporate America, where I held roles as International Marketing Manager and Product Manager for national consumer packaged goods companies. I worked closely with major retailers such as Costco, Sam's Club, Target, Walmart, CVS, and Rite Aid. Additionally, as a Project Manager for a leading promotional agency, I partnered with national brands like JCPenney, Sears, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dillard's, NCAA, Anheuser Busch and Simon & Schuster.

As a manifesting generator, I thrive on bringing ideas to life quickly and efficiently. I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed by too many ideas, but I also know how to create order out of mental chaos.
