These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, products, and any other offerings provided by Blue Chakra Studio, including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 Business Coaching

  • Group Coaching Programs (e.g., Launch a Soul-Based Business)

  • Retreats and Workshops

  • Online Courses

  • Podcast Launch Services

  • Ongoing Podcast Production

By accessing or using any of our services or resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use our services. By using our site or engaging with our offerings, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs—including text, graphics, branding, videos, worksheets, downloadable materials, and audio—is the intellectual property of Blue Chakra Studio and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, share, or use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

3. Service Terms

By purchasing or enrolling in any of our services, you agree to the specific terms outlined at the point of sale or registration. These include but are not limited to:

  • Coaching Services: Results are not guaranteed. Client responsibility and participation are essential for progress.

  • Courses & Programs: Access may be time-limited. Sharing of login credentials or course materials is prohibited.

  • Retreats & Events: All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the retreat’s cancellation policy.

  • Podcast Services: You retain rights to your audio content. We retain rights to frameworks, templates, and operational methods used to deliver your services.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payments are due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is arranged.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • For subscription or retainer-based services, cancellation requires written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Missed coaching sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled with proper notice, per our coaching agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all client communications, coaching content, and project materials as confidential. You agree to do the same for any proprietary or confidential materials shared with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that:

  • Our services do not guarantee specific financial, emotional, or professional outcomes.

  • Coaching and spiritual guidance do not substitute for licensed mental health care or medical advice.

  • You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions based on any content or coaching we provide.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment or harm to others

  • Misuse of proprietary materials

  • Spamming or distributing malicious software

Violation may result in termination of services without refund.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Kit, Kajabi, Stripe, Quickbooks, Zoom, or Calendly to provide our services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of these platforms. Use at your own discretion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services or website at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect our business, clients, or community.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Riverside County, California.
